Recipe: A1 Steak Sauce

A1 Steak Sauce (copycat)
Serves/Makes : 1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup light vinegar
2 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbs. bottled grated orange peel
2 Tbs. Heinz Ketchup
2 Tbs. Heinz Chili Sauce
Bring ingredients to a boil for 2 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove
from heat. Allow to cool to lukewarm. Put mixture through blender
on high speed till it is pureed and smooth. Funnel into bottle. Cap
tightly and refrigerate to use within 90 days.
