Recipe: All American Macaroni Salad

2 c cooked macaroni (1 c uncooked)
1 c frozen peas, thawed
3/4 c chopped celery (I use 1/4-1/2 c diced finely)
1/2 c ham - cooked & cubed (I use a bit more)
3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c sweet pickle relish (generic is fine I found)
1/2 c ranch salad dressing (generic works fine here too)
1/2 c mayonaisse (I use miracle whip)
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine
remaining ingredients. Add to macaroni mixture and toss to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
