Recipe: Aloha Marinade For Beef Pork Or Poultry

1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 garlic clove -- crushed
1 chili pepper -- seed & fine chop
In a small bowl, whisk the pineapple juice, cilantro, mustard, soy sauce,
garlic and peppers.
Yields: 1/2 cup.
