Recipe: Angel Food Cake With Pineapple Sauce

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 prepared angel food cake
Combine undrained crushed pineapple, orange marmalade, sugar and
cornstarch in small saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low;
simmer 2 mins, stirring constantly or until sauce thickens. Cool
slightly. Serve warm or chilled over cake. Nutrient Analysis per
