Recipe: Angostura Sour Cream Dressing

1 pint sour cream
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp herb vinegar
2 Tbsp Angostura aromatic bitters
5 Tbsp onion, chopped
1. Blend sour cream with salt, sugar, vinegar and Angostura.
2. Fold in onion.
3. Let stand in refrigerator to blend flavors until serving time.
Makes 1 pint.
