Apple Cabbage Slaw
· 1 medium apple(s)
· 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
· 1 cup cabbage
· 1 cup celery
· 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
· 1/8 teaspoon table salt
· 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Shred cabbage, dice apple. In a bowl, toss apple with lemon juice. Add
remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Refrigerate any leftovers.
