APPLE OATMEAL DESSERT
Äppeldessert med havregryn
Serves 6
5 large apples
1 tbs butter or margarine
Oatmeal cover:
½ cup butter or margarine
good 3 tbs sugar
1 ¼ cups oatmeal
Peel, core and cut each apple in wedges and put them in a greased,
oven-proof dish. Cream butter and sugar, add oatmeal, blend well and divide
it all over the apples. Put in a 435F oven to bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or ice-cold whipped cream.
