Recipe: Apple Raisin Stuffed Pork Chops

4 SERVINGS

L cup boiling water
3 tablespoons margarine, divided
1 (6-ounce) package Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse One Step Apple Raisin Stuffing
Mix 4 boneless pork chops, 1 1/2-inches thick
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon spicy-brown mustard

In a large bowl mix the water, 2 tablespoons margarine and the contents of
the fruit/seasoning mix pouch until margarine is melted. Add contents of
stuffing pouch. Mix lightly. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut a pocket in each chop.
Spoon the stuffing into pork chop pockets. Place chops in a 2-quart shallow
baking dish; cover. Bake at 350*F for about 25 minutes; uncover. Mix 1
tablespoon melted margarine, sugar and the mustard together. Spoon over the
chops. Bake for 20 minutes more or until chops are no longer pink.
