Apple Sausage Roll
Makes 8 servings.
1 pound turkey sausage
2 cups diced apples
2 cups bread crumbs
1 small onion, diced
On waxed paper, roll out sausage into a rectangle 1/2-inch thick.
Combine apples, bread crumbs, and onions; spread over meat. Roll as
for jelly roll.
Place in 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
