Recipe: Asian Beef Broccoli

1pound lean ground beef
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 8-ounce package (3 cups) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 3-ounce package oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil if desired
Brown grond beef in large skillet overmedium-high heat until
thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Add broccoli,
mushrooms, water, ginger and contents of seasoning packet from soup
mix; mix well. Bring to a boil. Cover, simmer 5 minutes. Break up
noodles. Add to beef mixture; cook uncovered about 5 minutes or until
noodles are tender. Just before serving, stir in sesame oil. If
desired, serve with soy sauce.
Makes 4 (1 1/2 cup) servings
