Recipe: Bacon Curry Coleslaw

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
4 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained, crumbled
1/4 c. salted peanuts
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and curry powder. Cover and chill.
Combine cabbage, raisins and onion; cover and chill. Just before serving
combine cabbage
mixture, bacon and peanuts. Add mayonnaise mixture to cabbage mixture; toss
well to coat.
