Recipe: Bacon Topped Spinach And Strawberry Salad

bacon topped spinach and strawberry salad
for salad:
1/2 pound fresh strawberries
1 (6oz)package prewashed baby spinach leaves
1 jar hormel real bacon bits or pieces or
1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
1 small red onion cut into thin rings
for dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/ teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup carapelli extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup carapelli balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
wash and hull strawberries,set aside to drain.
place spinach,bacon and red onion into a large salad bowl. cut
strawberries into halves or quarters. add to spinach mixture. in a small
bowl wisk together dressing ingredients.
pour dressing over the spinach mixture.toss to coat. serves 6
