Baked Brie With Almonds

1 8-oz wedge brie cheese top-quality, at room temperature
1 tbs preserves such as apricot, pineapple or strawberry
1/4 c almonds lightly toasted sliced
1/4 c strawberries (2-3 strawberries)
3 oz melba toast (6 crackers)
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Thinly slice top rind off Brie. Place Brie in a shallow baking dish. Spread top with preserves. Sprinkle with almonds.
3. Bake for 1 1/2 minutes or until softened and just beginning to melt (do not overbake).
4. Serve immediately. Garnish with a strawberry and serve as a spread with crackers. Melba toast.
5. To Microwave: Microwave heating is not recommended.
