Recipe: Baked Steak N Mushroom Gravy

Baked Steak "N" Mushroom Gravy
4 large Chopped Beef Sirloin Patties
1 jar beef gravy
1 small can mushrooms; drained
1 green bell pepper; chopped
1 medium onion ; chopped
1 cup water
salt and pepper
Press onions and green peppers into sirlion patties. Brown in a
skillet on high heat. (might need to add a little oil)
Use baking dish with lid, spray with vegetable spray. Place browned
patties in dish , cover with drained mushrooms and green pepper and
onion (if you have any left).
Pour gravy and water over patties and cover.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour.
Serve with Mashed potatoes, Green beans and Cole slaw.
