Recipe: Barbecue Beef and Potato Turnovers

1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup O'Brien potatoes with onions &
peppers (from 28-oz pkg)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 8 oz can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent
Dinner Rolls
1 Heat oven to 375F. In medium skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high
heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Stir in barbeque
sauce, potatoes and cheese.
2. Separate dough into 4 rectangles on ungreased large cookie sheet. Press
perforations to seal. Spoon 1/4 of beef mixture onto 1 side of each
rectangle. Fold dough over filling; pressing edges to seal.
3. Bake at 375F for 13-19 minutes or until turnovers are golden brown.
