Beef Fondue
1 small tomato, peeled and crushed
2 cups beef broth
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
Sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes
Place the beef broth, tomato, bay and rosemary in a saucepan; heat to a
boil. Pour into fondue pot, keep hot with a burner. Place the steak
cubes on a spear. Cook in hot broth to desired doneness.
NOTE: Amount of steak used depends on number of servings required.
