Beef Stew With Delicious Gravy
3 lbs. lean chuck meat, cut into 1/2" cubes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
1/2 package dry onion soup mix
Flour
3 Tbs. olive oil
2 large carrots, coin slice
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 medium potatoes, 1/2" cubed
Dredge meat in flour. Brown in olive oil in dutch oven. Add all
other ingredients. Cover. Bake at 325 for 3 hours.
