Beefy Spaghetti Soup
1/2 lb ground beef crumbled
1 cup frozen thawed green beans or you may use canned cut beans
1 med onion chopped
1½ cups spagetti broken (uncooked)
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp parsley flakes
2 tsp sugar
4 cups beef stock
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cups mushrooms sliced
1 bay leaf
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
Recipe
In a lge casserole combine ground beef onion garlic and oil.
Microwave at high until meat is no longer pink stirring once or
twice during cooking. Drain off any fat.
Add remaining ingredients mixing well.
Cover and microwave at high until spagetti is done about 20-25 min.,
stirring occasionally.
