Recipe: Beet And Cottage Cheese Spread

1 8 1/2-oz. can beets, well drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
This can
be served as a dip or spread on rye crackers. Serves 6-8.
