Recipe: Betty's Corn Pudding

Combine in one bowl:
2 cups Fresh Corn Cut from the Cob
4 Well-Beaten Eggs
2 cups Light Cream
1 Tb. Butter
Salt and Pepper
Combine all ingredients and place in a buttered 2 qt. baking dish.
Place dish in a shallow pan of very hot water, water level about 1"
deep.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until an inserted knife appears clean.
Serves 6.
