Brie In Chafing Dish

14 oz brie cheese
1/2 c almonds toasted or pecans
High fiber crackers (optional)
1. If desired, carefully remove coating from top surface of cheese. Place cheese in an 8- or 9-inch chafing dish. Sprinkle nuts over the top. Set over simmering water.
As cheese melts, scrape up with high fiber crackers.
