1/2 bottle liquid smoke
Garlic salt
Barbecue sauce
Onion salt
Seasoning salt
Place brisket on heavy foil in baking pan. Sprinkle generously with
onion, garlic and seasoned salt. Pour liquid smoke over meat. Wrap
tightly in foil and bake 1 1/2 hours per pound at 300 degrees. After
baking, add barbecue sauce and bake an additional 45 minutes.
