Butterscotch Nachos
1 bag of tortilla chips
1/4 cup butterscotch morsels
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 gallon butter pecan ice cream
1 tub cool whip
Butterscotch ice cream topping
Dry roasted peanuts
Cover bottom of microwavable dish with two layers of round, white
tortilla chips; sprinkle with butterscotch morsels and spread applie
pie filling. Microwave about 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on high, or until
morsels are just melted. Immediately top with a scoop of butter
pecan ice cream and a dollop of cool whip. Drizzle butterscotch
topping over all, sprinkle with dry roasted peanuts and serve.
