CABBAGE CASSEROLE
1 lb. hamburger, brown and drain on paper towels
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. onion, sliced
2 c. potato slices
2 c. carrots, sliced
1/8 c. brown sugar
3 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. canned tomatoes
Layer in casserole in order given: hamburger, salt,
pepper, onions, potatoes, carrots, brown sugar, cabbage and
tomatoes. Cover and bake 1 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.
