Canadian Egg Sausage Souffle
6 eggs
2 slices white bread
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. bulk sausage
Brown sausage, drain. Mix and beat eggs. Add milk, salt, mustard.
Cut bread into 1" squares and add to eggs, stir. Add cheese and
sausage. Put in 9x11" pan and let set in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Do not cover while baking. Let set 5-10
minutes before serving.
