Chewy Nuts
2 tbsp Butter
1 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp All purpose flour
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 8oz package dates
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
Melt butter in 9” square pan. Combine sugar, flour, soda, nuts and
dates. Add eggs and vanilla. Pour mixture into pan over butter. Bake
at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars
