Recipe: Chocolate Sauce Or Fondue

CHOCOLATE SAUCE OR FONDUE

2 ounces ( 1/3 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp. orange liqueur
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Slowly melt chocolate chips with cream. Stir constantly. Add orange liqueur
and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended. To serve as fondue, keep warm
over low heat or candle. This also can be served, cooled, over ice cream,
fresh fruit or cake. Dippers could include strawberries, pound or angel food
cake, bananas and cherries.
Makes 1 cup of sauce.
