Recipe: Coconut Pecan Frosting For German Chocolate Cake

1 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
In medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter and eggs; mix well.
Cook over medium heat until mixture begins to bubble, stirring
constantly. Remove from heat; stir in coconut, pecans and vanilla.
Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled.
