Recipe: Coleslaw Dressing

Coleslaw Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tblsp Dijon mustard
1 tblsp cider vinegar
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp sugar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; whisk until well blended. Cover and
chill. Serve over shredded cabbage. Makes 1 cup.
