Cottage Cheese and Hamburger Casserole
2 tablespoons Butter
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup Cottage cheese
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
6 green onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
oil to dress
Fry hamberger in butter until browned. Chop green onions. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, tomato paste, black pepper,green onoins and garlic powder. Heat through. Top with cheddar cheese and broil until cheese melts.
