Recipe: Crab Pate

1/4 Cup fine -- soft white
breadcrumbs
1 T gelatine
1 T water or white wine
200 g crab meat
1/2 Cup low fat yoghurt
2 T mayonnaise
Juice and rind 1/2 lemon
1 T snipped chives

Place breadcrumbs in a bowl. Soften gelatine in water or wine, then dissolve over boiling water. Add to breadcrumbs, mixing well; cool. Pick over crab meat and discard any hard tissue. Beat yoghurt and mayonnaise with breadcrumb mixture until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly, season to taste. Pack into pots, cover and chill.
