Recipe: Cracked Wheat Oat Bread

a.. 1 1/3 cups warm water
b.. 1 cup cracked wheat
c.. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
d.. 2 tablespoons honey
e.. 1/2 teaspoon salt
f.. 1 cup rolled oats
g.. 2 cups bread flour
h.. 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 Place water and cracked wheat in the pan of the bread machine; let soak for 1 hour.
2 Place remaining ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select cycle; press Start.
Makes 1 - 1.5 pound loaf
