Creamy Berry Burritos
1 cup cold milk
4 serving-size pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3-1/2 cups (8 oz.) cool whip
2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbs. cinnamon
10 flour tortillas (7-inch)
1/2 cup butter, melted
In a medium bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk
for 1 minute or until well blended. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fold
in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Stir all but a few strawberries
into pudding mixture. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Brush both sides of tortillas with butter. Sprinkle one side of each
with sugar mixture, then bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Make sure
sugar side is up. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes or until bubbly; let
stand for 5 minutes. Spoon some of the pudding mixture onto each
tortilla. Roll up. Top with cool whip and strawberries. Serve.
