Recipe: Dark Chocolate Cake

Dark Chocolate Cake
2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup boiling water
Grease and flour 9X13 pan; set aside. In large mixer bowl, stir
together dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beta on
medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be
thin). Pour into prepared ban and bake 35-40 minutes until wooden
pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove
from pan to wire rack to cool. Frost as desired.
