Spanish Green Beans
1/2 lb Green Beans
1/4 Green Bell Peppers,Chopped
1/4 c Onion,Chopped
1 T Olive Oil
1 c Tomatoes,Chopped
1/2 t Basil
1/2 t Rosemary
Cook beans in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside. Sauté
onion and pepper in oil until soft. Add tomatoes and spices. Stir in
beans. Heat through. Yield: 4 Servings
