Easy Cheesy Pizzas on the Grill
1 (10-oz.) can Pillsbury Refrigerated All Ready Pizza Crust
1/2 cup purchased pizza sauce
1 1/2 oz. (1/3 cup) thinly sliced pepperoni
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
6 oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. Cut eight 6-inch squares of heavy-duty foil.
Spray 4 squares with nonstick cooking spray; place each on top of uncoated
square, forming double thickness of foil. Unroll dough; cut into quarters.
Place one piece of dough on each square of foil; starting at center, press
out
with hands to form 5-inch square. Top each square with 2 tablespoons pizza
sauce and 1/4 of pepperoni, mushrooms, bell pepper and cheese.
When ready to grill, place pizzas on foil directly on gas grill over
medium-low heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-low coals.
Cook
12 to 16 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted.*
Remove foil before serving.

CONVENTIONAL DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease 2 cookie sheets.
Cut dough into quarters; place 2 pieces of dough on each greased cookie
sheet.
Prepare pizzas as directed above. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 12 to 16
minutes
or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted.
TIP: * Use wide metal spatula to remove cooked pizzas from grill.
