Easy No-Cook Vanilla Ice Cream
6 eggs beaten
2 1/3 cups sugar
4 cups milk
2 cups half and half
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 tablespoons vanilla extract
3 cups cream
Combine eggs and sugar; beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into freezer container. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
