Recipe: E Z Chicken And Rice

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon each: paprika, salt and ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can (14.5 oz.) Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 cups instant rice
1 cup chopped broccoli, fresh or frozen (thawed)
Steps to prepare:
SEASON chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. Heat oil in large
skillet; brown chicken on all sides. Remove from skillet.
ADD and MIX tomatoes, soup and water in the same skillet. Bring to a
boil; stir in rice and broccoli. Return chicken to same skillet.
Reduce heat.
SIMMER covered, for 10 minutes, until rice is tender and chicken is
cooked through.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
