Recipe: Gourmet Mustard

Gourmet Mustard
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup dry mustard
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
In medium saucepan, mix together vinegar and mustard. Use whisk, it
really makes a difference. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a
slow boil. Be sure to stir constantly. Cook and stir about 10
minutes.
