1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup grated onion
2 tsp lime juice
1 tomato, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped tomato for garnish
Mash avocado. Mix with onion, lime juice, chopped tomato, salt,
and pepper. Use 1 cup chopped tomato for garnish.
