Recipe: Guacamole

1 avocado
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
cracked black pepper
chopped chives and chili sauce -- optional
corn chips or Gringo's Nachos (see
recipe) -- to serve
1. Cut the avocado in half with a sharp knife. Dig a spoon around the seed
to lift it out. Spoon the avocado into a bowl and then mash it with a fork.
2. Add the sour cream, lime juice and pepper to the avocado and mix
together.
3. If you like, sprinkle the guacamole with chives and chili sauce, then
serve with corn chips or Gringo's Nachos.
