Hungarian Potatoes
6 medium potatoes
1 pint sour cream
1 stick butter
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, diced
1 can mushroom soup
Cook potatoes with skin and dice. Combine remaining ingredients in a
saucepan and simmer until butter melts. Bout over potatoes and bake
for 30-40 minutes at 350.
