2 cups self-rising flour
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
Mix flour and softened ice cream. Fill mini-muffin holes 2/3 full.
Bake at 425 for 12 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Sides
turn light brown and white with light brown smattering on top.
