Icing for Fruit Cocktail Cake
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
3-1/2-oz can flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Bring margarine, sugar, milk and coconut to a boil in a saucepan.
Boil 5 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add vanilla and
pour on hot cake.
