Recipe: June Dessert

Serves 4
4 cups strawberries
2 tbs sugar
1 ½ cups plain yogurt
1 egg white
good 1/3 cup whipping cream
Rinse and trim the strawberries. Reserve some goodlooking ones for
decoration and mash the rest. Flavor with 1 tbs sugar and stir in the
yogurt. Beat the egg white until stiff and stir 1 tbs sugar into the foam.
Beat the cream, then mix in egg white and cream in the strawberry mash.
Spoon this lovely mixture into serving bowls and put in a cold place for
about 30 minutes. Decorate with the reserved berries before serving.
