Recipe: Mississippi Mud Cake

2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
3 sticks margarine
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup coconut
1/2 cups pecans
Cream sugar, cocoa margarine, eggs and vanilla. Mix well, add
flour, coconut and pecans. Put in 9 X 13 greased pan, bake at 350
for 40 minutes. While cake is still hot, spread a 7 oz. jar of
marshmallow cream over it. Let cool.
Frosting
1 box powdered sugar (1 pound)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cups cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Cream all together, spread on cake.
