Recipe: Mushroom And Chicken Mu Shu

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced fresh white mushrooms
2 cups shredded cabbage or pkg. coleslaw mix
1 cup cooked coarsely shredded chicken breast
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. water
4 large iceburg lettuce leaves or warmed small flour tortillas
In a large skillet, over ; cook and stir until tender and liquid has
evaporated, 5 to 7 min. Stir in the chicken; cook until just heated through.
In a small bowl, combine hoisin sauce with 1 tbsp. water; stir into mushroom
mixture and heat thoroughly. Spread onto lettuce leaves or tortillas,
dividing evenly; roll tightly and serve immediately.
