Onion Cole slaw
1/3 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons (½ envelope)
Knorr Onion Soup Mix
½ cup sour cream
½ cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
6 cups shredded cabbage
1 tomato, diced (optional)
Pour boiling water over soup mix. Stir and let stand 15 minutes. Combine
with sour cream and mayonnaise. Toss cabbage and tomato with mixture until
well coated.
