Recipe: Pasta With Tomato Brie Sauce

4 cloves of garlic, minced
3 medium tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon of dried oregano or basil
A piece of good Brie cheese the size of a piece of pie
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound cooked pasta (meat-filled ravioli is nice)
Put pasta on to cook.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook garlic in some olive oil for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and oregano and cook until tomatoes break down and form a sauce (about 5-8 minutes). Remove white rind from Brie cheese and add to sauce in chunks. Stir until melted, season as desired. Toss with cooked pasta.
