Peanut Butter, Apricots and Walnuts
4 dried apricots
2 tablespoons golden raisins
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/4 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
1/4 cup honey
4 slices raisin-walnut bread
Chop apricots and raisins and add walnuts, peanut butter and honey, mixing
well.
Spread on 2 bread slices and cover with remaining slices.
Makes 2 sandwiches.
